Behrang Miri is one of the most popular and richest Swedish songwriter who was born on January 17, 1984 in Iran. Seyed Behrang Miri (Persian: bhrng myry ; born in Iran on the 17th January 1984) is a Swedish singer, rapper and actor who is of Iranian of Iranian descent.
The year was 2015 and he participated in Melodifestivalen 2015. He qualified for the Andra Chansen (Second Chance) round through the first semi-finals on 7 February 2015, however, he did not make it to finals in the Melodifestivalen final.
On the 23rd of February, 2013 Miri was a contestant in Melodifestivalen 2013 in an attempt to represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 to take place in Stockholm. The song he performed is “Jalla Dansa Sawa” (meaning”Come on and dance with us) featuring Loulou Lamotte, and Oscar Zia as backing vocal artists. It was co-written by Behrang Miri, Anderz Wrethov, Firas Razak Tuma and Tacfarinas Yamoun. The song was 3rd/4th in the semi-finals, and he then moved to the “Second Chance” round where on March 3, 2013, the contestant was Anton Ewald and his song “Begging” and was eliminated.

He relocated from Sweden along with the parents, when only three years old. He was raised in Lund. He was in 2008 when he was a part in the production Zlatans leende at Malmo City Theatre. The following year, he was chosen to be the face of MKB, Raddningstjansten featured in City Malmo newspaper and named “Arets gladjespridare” by Malmo Municipality. In 2011 he won the Nationalencyklopedin’s annual Kunskapspriset (Knowledge Awards) alongside Emerich Roth.
The artist has participated in variety of youth initiatives, including in Skane and then in Stockholm. He was the artistic director of cultural activities for children during Kaldolmens Day events in Stockholm in collaboration with various cultural organizations. On the 25th of September 2012, he made use of his position to request the removal of several books that he believed to be objectionable (racist homophobic, racist, etc.) and even suggested that he transfer the Tintin series out of the section for children of the library in Kulturhuset (Culture House) His campaign was unsuccessful which led to him being widely criticised which led him to announce his decision to step down as the artistic director. He also collaborated in collaboration with Swedish Kurdish stand-up comedian Ozz Nujen.
