Aydar Akhatov is one of the most popular and richest Economist who was born on June 20, 1957 in Tobolsk, Tyumen Oblast, Russia. The father of his son Gabdulkhay Huramovich Akhatov (8 September 1927 – 25 November 1985; Russia) was a Soviet Tatar linguist and an scientist who organized scientific research (earning his initial PhD at the age of 54) followed by a second doctorate in Philology in 1965. Professor G.Kh. Akhatov contributed significantly to the study of dialects and lexicological characteristics that are characteristic of Turkic languages, including Tatar in the formation and development of research on phraseology. G.Akhatov was the chair’s founder. He established chairs for the Tatar language and literature in various state universities and teacher education colleges across the country.
