He was the son of an accepted Jewish family. His mother was an Ukrainian that was never as a Jew according to Jewish laws, but could have Jewish roots. At the age of 11 old, he started taking the interest of his Jewish identity following the story his grandmother had told her about the Holocaust and was motivated by a religious Catholic friend. He began listening to Western radio stations like Voice of America, Kol Israel and Radio Russia, and the BBC Russian Service, and going to synagogues. He was converted to Judaism shortly afterward. He was an Orthodox Jew and committed Zionist.
Eskin put an Pulsa diNura death curse on the Prime Secretary Yitzak Rabin in the year 1995, in protest in the Oslo Accords. It is believed that the Pulsa diNura is widely thought to “work” within 30 days but it was in the 32 days after the curse was pronounced by Eskin that Rabin was murdered through Yigal Amir. As of 1999 Eskin was found to have soiled the tomb of Izz al-Din al- Qassam. He erected a pig’s head over the tombstone. As a result the crime, he was sentenced 30 months in prison until February 20, 2003.
In 2007, Eskin and two private investigators were arrested, but not indicted, on suspicion that they illegally wiretapped Strategic Affairs Minister Avigdor Lieberman and businessman Michael Chernoy. This was part of a long-running feud between Avigdor Eskin and Avigdor Lieberman – with Eskin describing Lieberman as a “leftist”.
In 2014, Eskin called for the Russian intervention in Ukraine during the Euromaidan revolution, and attempted to rally Knesset’s support for it. Since the start of the War In Donbass, he supported the separatists.
Eskin was the founder of the Israeli New Right movement together with ex- MK Michael Kleiner and was in the forefront of the alliance between the Israeli left and American conservatives which was led by Senator Jesse Helms. In addition, he coordinated the supply of arms to the anti-communist rebels in Nicaragua. One of his most controversial actions was his support for his support for the White government that was in South Africa due to its strong anti-communist policies, up until its fall in the 1990s.

Avigdor Eskin (born 26 April 1960) is a Russian-Israeli conservative journalist and politics activist. He was born in Moscow within the Soviet Union, Eskin emigrated to Israel in the early 1990s, where he was active in the right-wing political arena. Eskin is currently living in Jerusalem.

Eskin was an underground’s youngest Hebrew educator of the Soviet Union (which was illegal at the time) and also translated right-wing extremist Meir Kahane’s Never Again manifesto into Russian. Eskin decided to move to Israel after which he was issued an exit permit in the year 1978. Eskin immigrated from Israel on January 1, 1979, at age 18 years old. Then, his parents and siblings emigrated to Israel. While in Israel, Eskin did military service with Israel’s Israel Defense Forces under the Hesder program, which blends regular military work with religious studies.
In May 2005, Eskin won a slander case that he filed against Barry Chamish. He later described Chamish as “heavy drinking person, who sucked his theories from the bottle”.
