Armen Anushavanovich Poghosyan (Russian: Pogosian Armen Anushavanovich ) (born 1 February 1974, Moscow, Russia) — a conductor from Russia and Armenia as well as a conductor and musical director of “School of Dramatic Art” theatre, art director and conductor of the “Sofia” Russian private orchestra.
He studied choral as well as conduction to symphonics in the Moscow Conservatory (1997-2002). In the course of his studies, he sang in the Chamber Chorus of Moscow Conservatory led by Professor Boris Tevlin. As a member of the group, he was a laureate of competitions Riva of Garda (Italy 1997) and also won an international choral competition (Austria 2000, the first bonus)
