The Baroness Ariane of Rothschild (nee Langner on 14 November 1965) is a French banker and President of the Board of Edmond de Rothschild Group since April of 2019. After being married to Benjamin de Rothschild in 1999, Ariane de Rothschild joined the family business managing the company’s assets for lifestyle (wineries and farms, hotels and restaurants). She joined the group in 2006 and was appointed to the supervision board for LCF Edmond de Rothschild. She was named as a member of the board of directors for the company, and vice- president in 2009. Her focus was on social and environmental impact investments, as well as restructuring the company’s subsidiaries and assets. In the year 2010, La Compagnie Financiere Edmond-de-Rothschild (LCF) changed its name to Edmond de Rothschild Group. in 2014, the entirety the group’s non- financial and financial assets were reorganized in the structure of the group. In 2015, the company released a sustainability report for its first time.
