Anthony Bardon is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on January 19, 1993 in London, United Kingdom. Anthony Michael Bardon (born 19 January 1993) is a former footballer and a current USSF “B” License coach who was central midfielder for the Gibraltar national team and then, more recently, for the Lincoln Red Imps. Bardon is also the brother of Pretty Addicted vocalist Vicious Precious.

In January of 2016 it was revealed that Bardon was let go of the contract with Lincoln in the early hours after receiving an invitation from a team located in the USA. This club was later discovered as being Saint Louis FC of the United Soccer League. According to reports, Bardon was slated to join to Sheffield F.C. from the English Northern Premier League on temporary basis in order to build match-fitness prior to the beginning in the 2016 USL season. Bardon played a total of 34 appearances, scoring four goals during the Gibraltar Premier Division between his stint as a player with Manchester the 62 as well as Lincoln Red Imps. Bardon was able to make the Northern Premier League debut for Sheffield to start the game in a 0-2 loss to Leek Town F.C. on the 26th of January, 2016. He was awarded Man of the Match in recognition of his performance.

On 4 February 2019, it was revealed that Bardon was on the pre-season roster of North Texas SC of USL League One, the new reserve side of Major League Soccer side FC Dallas. He joined the club as a trialist after impressing in an open try-out, having previously considered retiring from football after becoming disillusioned with the sport while at Lincoln Red Imps. However, he was not offered a contract, and he retired from football. He has since become a skills coach for North Texas Celtic FC, an amateur youth soccer club.

After he failed to secure an offer from a professional team, Bardon returned to the Red Imps in July. He was part of the team’s surprise 1-0 victory in the first leg against Celtic at the time of the 2016-17 UEFA Champions League qualifiers. He would then play in the midfield of Lincoln throughout the following two years, scoring nine goals over 46 matches. After earning a transfer degree from Ozarks Technical Community College while playing, he relocated back to the US in 2018 to further his studies in Missouri Baptist University. But, he was still under contract with Lincoln and was back in action 1 October, with St Joseph’s.

Born in London prior to making the move into America, Bardon attended high school at Birdville High School in North Richland Hills, Texas, USA. He was a part of an athletic team at the school until graduation in 2011. After graduating from high college, Bardon had a year of college soccer with the Greyhounds of Eastern New Mexico University. In his one season with the team Bardon scored three goals and four assists in 17 games.

He put up several impressive performancesbefore becoming a regular in the first XI. On July 24, 2014, the club was promoted to the league champions Lincoln Red Imps. While at Lincoln, Bardon appeared in four games in Lincoln’s the 2015-16 UEFA Champions League qualifying campaign and scored one goal in the opening match against FC Santa Coloma of Andorra.

In summer 2013 along with Danny Higginbotham, Bardon declared his eligibility to play for the Gibraltar national football team after the territory’s acceptance into UEFA, however he was not included in the squad to face Slovakia in November, and was only a stand-by for the games against Estonia and the Faroe Islands in March 2014. He made his debut in the May 2014 friendly against Estonia, providing the assist for Jake Gosling to score the equaliser in a 1–1 draw – the first away draw by the national side. He also played in the side’s 1–0 victory against Malta. He announced his retirement from playing in order to focus on coaching on 9 June 2019, with his final game coming the next day against Ireland.
