In 2011 Malone was selected again as the captain of Scotland in the World Wheelchair Curling Championship in Prague, Czech Republic. The Scotland team, coached by Sheila Swan composed of Aileen Neilson, Tom Killin, Gregor Ewan, Angie Malone and Micheal McKenzie made it to the finals and took silver.
She was part of the British wheelchair curling performance squad coached by Tony Zummack that competed in the 2013 World Wheelchair Curling Championship in Sochi, Russia and the 2014 Paralympic Games in Sochi Russia.
She won a bronze medal at the 2014 Winter Paralympics at Sochi with the British team beating China 7–3 in the third-place play-off match.
In the hope of participating in the Vancouver Paralympic Games 2010, Malone began a new exercise routine, managing her training and treatment to make sure she was suitable to be selected. In 2010 Malone was once again a member of the Great British’s Paralympic wheelchair curling squad which took part and placed 6th in the Winter Paralympic Games in Vancouver, Canada. The team included Aileen Neilson Michael McCreadie, Tom Killin and Jim Sellar and was coached by Tom Pendreigh.

In 2005 she was a representative of Scotland in the World Championships on home soil in Braehead. The team was able to defend their title by winning Gold again. Five athletes from the team from 2005 World Championship team (Angie Malone, Frank Duffy, Ken Dickson, Tom Killin and Michael McCreadie) were selected to represent Britain in the very first Paralympic wheelchair curling event that was held during the Winter Paralympics in Turin, Italy the event in where the GB team led by Tom Pendreigh won Silver. The year 2007 saw her as a member of team Scotland squad (Michael McCreadie Aileen Neilson Jim Sellar, Angie Malone and James Elliot) that won bronze at the World Championships in Solleftea, Sweden.
When she was in 2008 Malone discovered she had cancer of the breast. Before the operation and treatment, she did not lead her teams in winning the Scottish as well as British Wheelchair Curling Championships. The seriousness of the illness and extensive treatment for it led to her being unable to participate in both the 2009 and 2008 World Championships. The year 2009 was the first time she won with the Scottish Wheelchair Curling Championship sportsmanship award.
In 2012, she competed in her fifth World Wheelchair Curling Championship, representing Scotland in Chuncheon City, South Korea.
