She was also named to the All-Pac-10 second team. She was a junior and earned All-Pac 10 Honorable Mention for leading the defense to have the third-best regular-season GAA in the country. She helped Stanford achieve a.317 GAA in her senior year and was awarded All-Pac 10 Second Team honours. With a record of 22-2-1, the Cardinal came in second place to UCLA and made their first Women’s College Cup appearance since 1993.

Falk was traded to Philadelphia Independence for the 2010 WPS Season. Lori Lindsey assisted her in scoring the team’s first goal. It was scored in the 55th minute. She was named a WPS All-Star in her second season and was also a finalist for Defender Of The Year.
