Allan Kuhn is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on March 2, 1968 in Bornholm, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark. Allan Hjortdal Kuhn was born 2 March 1968. He is known as Allan Kuhn and is a former player and coach in Danish association football. Most recently, he was the manager at Danish Superliga club Hobro IK. He was the head coach at Malmo FF, a Swedish club. In 2016, he won their domestic league. From 2009 to 2011, he was FC Midtjylland’s head coach. He was also the head coach of FC Midtjylland from 2009 to 2011.
Kuhn was promoted to attacking midfielder under the new Lyngby manager Michael Schafer. He is a hardworking, skilled player with excellent dribbling. Lyngby settled down in the lower half the league the next two seasons. Kuhn was injured in his left knee by Jacob Laursen (Danish international defender), in the final game of 1994-95 Superliga season. This injury is expected to last for one year. In April 1996, he returned to Lyngby and played seven of the 33 games. Lyngby was fourth in the 1995-96 Superliga seasons under Benny Lennartsson. Kuhn tried to leave the club after he was unsuccessful in getting into Lennartsson’s starting team. Kuhn played in 204 games, scoring 25 goals in all competitions for Lyngby BK.
In July 1997, Kuhn moved abroad to play for Swedish club Örgryte IS, under manager Kalle Björklund. He started well in the last half of the 1997 Allsvenskan season, but only played few minutes in the first half of the 1998 Allsvenskan season, under new manager Bo Backman. He stated he wanted to leave Örgryte in June 1998, but returned to the starting line-up shortly thereafter and scored his first Allsvenskan goal in August 1998. Under new head coach Erik Hamrén, Kuhn emerged as somewhat of a father figure in Örgryte, working hard and encouraging his teammates with good humour, and he was named team captain. He won the 2000 Swedish Cup with the club. In September 2000, Kuhn agreed a move to Danish club Hvidovre IF at the end of the 2000 Allsvenskan season.
He joined Hvidovre in the Danish 1st Division in January 2001, and was named team captain. However, he did not start out strong for his new team, and was soon dropped from the starting line-up by manager Jan Sørensen. He was put on the transfer list, but was not sold and went on to play a number of additional games for Hvidovre, before he left the club in the summer 2002.
Kuhn was a hardworking attacking midfielder during his active career. Lyngby Boldklub saw him play 204 games. He won the 1990 Danish Cup trophy as well as the 1992 Superliga championship. He played for Boldklubben 1903 in Denmark, Hvidovre IF in Denmark, and won Orgryte IS the 2000 Swedish Cup. He was a five-time representative of the Danish national under-19 football team.

Born in Bornholm, Kuhn began his playing career at Ronne IK. Kuhn made his international debut in the forward position at Ronne IK. He played five games and scored two goals in 1985 for Denmark’s national under-19 football team. In 1987, he made his senior debut at Ronne IK and soon moved to Copenhagen club Lyngby Boldklub of the Danish 1st Division. He played for Boldklubben 1903 and 1st Division rivals Ronne IK before gaining his national breakthrough in 1990 when he returned to Lyngby BK, where he was playing alongside his older brother Hasse Kuhn.
Lyngby’s second stint saw him help the team win against AGF the 1990 Danish Cup. Although he did not score in the final 6-1 win, he was still hailed as one the most outstanding players of the game alongside Morten Wieghorst (Danish international midfielder) and Peter Nielsen (Danish international midfielder). Allan was sent to the stands after he shoved a Vejle Boldklub player, who had elbowed and knocked out several Vejle players’ teeth. The referee did not reprimand him. Allan had surgery in summer 1991 to repair a right knee injury. He only played six games for Lyngby, who won the 1991-92 Superliga championship.
During his injury lay-off from 1995 to 1996, Kuhn began youth team coaching, and undertook coaching courses. Allan Kuhn began his career as head coach in Denmark Series club FC Bornholm in the summer 2002.
