Al-Qaasimy Rahman is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on January 21, 1992 in Singapore. Muhammad Al-Qaasimy bin Abdul Rahman, born 21 January 1992, is an ex-Singapore international footballer. He last played right-back in the S.League for Geylang International.
Al-Qaasimy was appointed as the Singapore under-23 soccer team’s captain. The team was scheduled to participate in the 2015 Southeast Asian Games in Singapore. Al-Qaasimy also has experience leading international teams, having captained the under-22 team in 2012 at the AFC Under-22 qualifiers.
In the 2016 season, Al-Qaasimy joined the Eagles from LionsXII. He was often deployed as a left full-back due to Faritz Hameed taking on the right. Al- Qaasimy was often dubbed by many people, the offensive full-back. He made his debut for the team in the first game of the 2016 S.League season, in a 3-3 draw with Tampines Rovers.
Al-Qaasimy scored his first ever professional goal in Geylang’s first match of the 2017 S.League season, helping his side to a 2-0 victory over Balestier Khalsa FC.
He was invited to join the Singapore national team in November 2014 for the 2014 AFF Championship. This was his first international senior tournament.

Al-Qaasimy graduated from Singapore Sports School at the age 18 and continued his education in Republic Polytechnic (a local tertiary school). He succeeded Hafiz Abu Sujad as the captain of the team in his third season.
Bernd Stange gave him his first cap in a 2-1 victory over Papua New Guinea. He then earned five more caps before he was called to the 2014 AFF Championship side, which failed to defend their title.
