The Toronto Argonauts signed Medeiros on July 30, 2018, following the injury of their incumbent kicker Ronnie Pfeffer. Three days later, he played in the Argonauts win over the Redblacks, where he performed all three of his kicking duties. Drew Brown replaced him as the team’s placekicker in the fifteenth game. He completed 15 field goals on 20 attempts for the 2018 season. Medeiros was the team’s punter until he was released. He had 59 punts, a 46.1 yard average, and a 34.9 net yards average. After the 2018 season, the Argonauts signed him to a new two-year contract extension. He was then released by the Argonauts as part of their final training camp cuts. On June 25, 2019, he was re-signed to the practice roster. Medeiros was a punter and a placekicker for the Argonauts during eight games in 2019. He was a pending free agent for 2020 and was released in the free agency negotiation window that closed on February 7, 2020.
The Redblacks signed Medeiros to be their punter on June 27, 2016. This allowed Chris Milo to focus on placekicking. Medeiros played in 13 regular- season games and punted 63 times, averaging 43.7 yards per punch. Ray Early replaced him, although he was also responsible for placekicking duties after Milo’s injury. However, Medeiros continued to have kickoff duties in East Final and Grey Cup games. He won his first Grey Cup championship. He was on the Ottawa Redblacks injured list from 2017 and was finally released on August 17, 2017.
