The Parliament of Ukraine approved the detention and arrest of A. Chernushenko, a judge of Kyiv Court of Appraisal, on June 30, 2015. This was as per the proposal of the Prosecutor of Ukraine with support from the Head of Ukraine’s Supreme Court. This decision was supported by 276 and 273 deputies.
