Team Fujisawa won Japan Curling Championships for the first time in 4 seasons. They defeated Seina Nakajima at the final. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the team was scheduled to represent Japan at 2020 World Women’s Curling Championship. Their last event of the season would be the Canadian Open. The Players’ Championship and Champions Cup Grand Slam events were also cancelled by the pandemic.

She represented Japan in the next leg of the 2018-19 Curling World Cup, Omaha, United States. Her team won, defeating Kim and her South Korean counterpart in the final.
