In 1996, he received an education from the department of Legal as well as Social Sciences and in 1997 the year he was admitted to the bar and in 2003, he was awarded the degree of Master of Economic Law in the University of Chile. In 2009, he was awarded the title that is known as Master of Legal Science, and in 2012, he received the status was that of Doctor of Law from Chile’s Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. In 2011 he was Visiting Researcher in the University of California, Santa Barbara, United States.
He has participated in his participation in the Santiago International Book Fair (FILSA) in both 2016 and 2017.
In 2016 he released the first part of the trilogy Masones & Libertadores (published by Planeta), later in 2017 the second part was released and in 2018 he published the third part.
Since 2012, he teaches law at Chile at the University of Chile, since 2017, he has been teaching at his own Gabriela Mistral University and since 2018 , he has been a member in the Illustrious Court of Appeals of San Miguel.

Since 2000, he has been a an associate member of the Jose Miguel Carrera General Historical Research Institute and, since 2012, he is a part of the Society for Evolutionary Analysis in Law.
