Since 1981, he has been studying in the Faculty of Nuclear Power Plants and the equipment of The Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (later the Obninsk Institute for Nuclear Power Engineering) with a focus on thermal power engineering. In 2006, he graduated from the National Academy of Management, where he earned an advanced master’s degree in finance.
1987 — After his graduation, he was employed in the Khmelnitskiy Nuclear Power Plant, where he was promoted from the reactor’s operator’s room as a senior engineer in charge of repairs and maintenance of the equipment in the reactor compartment to head engineer for the control unit.
In the presidential election of 2004 was led by Khmelnytsky Regional Headquarters coalition “People Power”.
