Volodymyr Semynozhenko is one of the most popular and richest Physicist who was born on June 9, 1950 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Volodymyr Petrovic Semynozenko (Ukrainian: Volodimir Petrovich Seminozhenko ) (born 9 June 1950, in Kiev) is an Ukrainian scientist and politician. Semynozhenko is the former Vice-Premier Secretary of Ukraine (in 1999 2001-2002, and again in 2010) and the head of the Association of Ukrainian Scientists, who is currently an elected member of the Board of Directors for the National Academy of Sciences, and also served as chair of the Parliament Committee on Sciences and Technology. The former Vice Premier Minister is also an creator of Ukrainian Legislation on Technology Parks. Semynozhenko was the leader of the party in the Party of Regions from late 2001 until the beginning of 2003. From March 2009 Semynozhenko is the party’s leader. the New Politics Party. New Politics.
In 1995 in 1995, in 1995, the “Person of the Year” award was created as a program that was designed to honor the most valuable citizens of Ukraine. In addition, he created and served as the Head of the Ministry of Sciences and Technologies of Ukraine (1996–1998) and has also led numerous technology and innovation Committees at the Cabinet of Ministers. He is a physicist, scientist, politician and public figure.

Semynozhenko was awarded an honorary degree in the year 1967 at The Magnet School specializing in physics and mathematics. He then graduated from Kharkiv State’s School of Physics and Technology in the year 1972. in 1974 Semynozhenko presented the results of his Ph.D. dissertation and in 1984, he earned his doctorate in mathematics and physics. For the last 10 years (from 1975 until 1985) Semynozhenko was dedicated to his Boris Verkin’s Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Semynozhenko was appointed the head of the Ukraine State Scientific Institution “Institute for Mono Crystals” of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the year 1985. The Institution changed into the first technological parks within Ukraine.
During his long political career, Semynozhenko has been the head of several different parliament committees in Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian parliament) including the “Parliament Committee for Social, Science and Technology and Humanitarian Development” and the “Ukrainian Investment Fund for Social Investment, Environmental Committee”. He was twice elected a Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, and he served as the Minister for Science and Technology of Ukraine from 1996-1998.
