Vladimir Dmitriyevich Volkov (Russian language: Владимир Дмитриевич Волков; born in 7 September 1954), is a Russian politician. He currently serves as the acting Head of the Republic of Mordovia since 2012.
In 1983, he was transferred to work in the Saransk Hills Komsomol, where he worked until 1986 as the first secretary of the Saransk city committee of the Komsomol.
