As part of this arrangement, Rosenergomash became a sponsor and the creator of prizes for the 2009 Challenge Cup children’s international hockey event that took place in Moscow between August 7 and 11th of August the 11th of August, 2009.

After completing the secondary level, Vladimir Palikhata served in the Soviet Army in from 1985 until 1987. He received a Diploma from Borschevsky Electrical Technical College in 1991 from which he graduated as an electrician/mechanic. He relocated to Ukraine into Moscow, Russia the same year.
