Tom Schuler (born November 28 1956, in Birmingham, Michigan) is a retired American professional road bike racer and the founder of Team Sports Inc., the company that manages sports such as mountain biking, cycling triathlon and rollerblading. Since 2006, he’s been the team manager of Targettraining which is a UCI Continental team that competes on the USA Cycling national race calendar circuit, and the Zoot Sports Triathlon Team. He was also the general manager of Team Type 1 in 2009. served as general manager for Team Type 1, the Timex Multisport Team and the Zoot Ultra Triathlon Team.

Schuler was a graduate of his time at the University of Michigan, represented the United States at the 1976 and 1980 Summer Olympics and was one of the founding seven athletes of the 7-Eleven Cycling Team.
