Prior to that, he served as the pitching coach for Oklahoma State and coordinator of recruiting for 19 years, beginning in 1978 until 1996.
Tom Holliday is an American college baseball coach. He is currently the manager for the Chatham Anglers in the Cape Cod Baseball League. Holliday was appointed as the Anglers manager on the 10th of August in 2017, after 40 years as either as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach for Division One college baseball from 1976 to 2015 His teams earned seventeen College World Series appearances and took home the two NCAA National Championships (Arizona State in 1977 and Texas at the time of 2005).
The Chatham Anglers (formerly the Chatham A’s) of the Cape Cod Baseball League named Holliday the team’s manager on the 10th of August 2017. Holliday succeeded John Schiffner, the winningest manager in the history of the league, who stepped down following a period of 25 years in Chatham’s management after the 2017 season. Holliday is now an assistant coach in the University of Maine.
