Todd Hiett (born July 9 1967) was an American rancher and Republican politician from Kellyville, Oklahoma. He was in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1995 to 2007. In his last two years as a legislator, Hiett served as the Speaker of the House. Hiett became the very first Republican to be Speaker of the House for more than eight decades.

After completing the maximum term of twelve years (term limitations are legally required for Oklahoma), Hiett launched an effort for the position of succeeding Mary Fallin as the Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma. Hiett lost the 2006 election against Democrat Jari Askins.

Hiett was a candidate in the Republican primary in order to succeed the outgoing Republican Mary Fallin as Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma. In the primary election on the 25th of July, 2006 Hiett was up against Nancy Riley and Scott Pruitt. Riley was able to win only 23% votes, Pruitt received 34% and Hiett got 43 percent. Hiett was, as per Oklahoma laws, was required to compete with Pruitt in a runoff and the winner would receive the nomination of the party.
