Undrafted Sesito played junior hockey for the Plymouth Whalers in the Ontario Hockey League. In 2005, during his first professional season for the Greenville Grrrowl of the ECHL He recorded 21 goals as well as 23 assists, for a score of 44 points across 72 games.
