Thxa Soe is one of the most popular and richest Songwriter who was born on November 4, 1980 in Yangon, Yangon Region, Myanmar. Thxa Soe (Burmese name: saa.ciu. born on 4 November, the 4th of November, 1980 ) is known as a Burmese hip-hop singer as well as audio engineer. He is most famous for his mix of the traditional Myanmar folk songs and modern electronic music.

After the release of five solo albums and seven albums with a group in 2012, he resigned from his musical career. He cited the issue of music piracy as a key reason for his decision to leave the music industry.

The first album Yaw Thama, Mhwe came out in 2006. It was recorded with assistance of Myanmar orchestra musicians Sein Hla Ngwe Sein Bo Syint as well as an expert in remixes, Okka Oo Thar. Since the release of this album was released, Thxa Soe has been the spotlight of foreign media because of his mix the traditional Myanmar songs and contemporary music. The album he released in the second year, Yaw Chin Yaw, Ma Yaw Chin Nay was released in 2009 and it was followed by his third album Pha Atu Ma Atu, was released along with his youngest sister, Bon Von. A Mway, his fourth studio album titled A Mway A Mway, the five album Mhwe Loh Ma Wa Loh and the sixth album, Yaw Deh Mhwe Deh were released in 2009 and 2010, in consecutive order. In 2011 the album was released, Ngwe Myin Yin Lin Loke Myi.

Thxa Soe began to play music in seventh grade . He became involved in the local hip-hop underground scene following his high school graduation. He founded a group called W.Y.W with a group of friends. The group was disbanded by 1998. The year before the two female hip-hop artist Kwi Kwi were part of the group Fi Gi-D along with another hip-hop artist Barbu following singer Thiri Swe quit the group. The year 2000 saw the group reunited with assistance of Alex, the group’s singer Alex the Group changed the name of their group to Theory as well as released their debut album.

Thxa Soe attended The School of Audio Engineering Institute in London in 2001. There he began to study electro music. After three years of studying the musician went back to Myanmar and decided to risk it all in releasing his latest music to Myanmar music lovers.

In 2014, he restarted his music career with new mix album called Yaw Thama Paung Choke. In 2015, he released all new song album about Myanmar political movement called Arlu, Tharku, Nharbu, Gandu.
