In the year 2011, Moss started working with various professional sanctioning bodies for boxing and started supervising world championship bouts. She is chair of women’s boxing at CODA, the Champions of Dignity Association (CODA) that finances the Retired Boxer’s Foundation (RBF)and in 2012, she was named coordinate for the Women’s International Boxing Federation (WIBF) as well as The Global Boxing Union (GBU) which she aids in the supervising and sanctioning the men’s (GBU) and female (WIBF and GBU) world championships.

After retiring, Moss created “Atlanta Corporate Fight Night” which is a premium white collar boxing event for charity which she started promoting in October of 2010. In 2012, the show had been promoted by five highly successful shows. She also collaborated in partnership with Tomorrow Pictures in moving Corporate Fight Night to the national stage while developing materials for a documentary on women’s boxing. In the two-year – five-show time period, Corporate Fight Night had been mentioned on numerous radio and internet radio programs and magazines, newspapers as well as television news media outlets in the US as well as internationally. Some of the coverage included CNN, ESPN, NBC, Yahoo Sports, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Magazine, Best Self Magazine, Stiletto Woman Magazine, Ebony Magazine, Sports Destination Management, and Bloomberg Businessweek.

Her family relocated from Athens, Georgia in 1975 where she was raised and lived until 2003 when she relocated to Atlanta to join professional boxing coach Xavier Biggs. Xavier Biggs is brother to the 1984 Olympic Super Heavyweight gold medalist Tyrell Biggs. Prior to becoming a boxer, Moss pursued a career in Law Enforcement working at several different levels within that field. She spent the bulk of her time as an investigator for Narcotics.

Throughout her career Moss competed for five world titles across three weight classes. On May 10, 2007, she took home her the WIBF Strawweight World Title, and also the WIBA miniature flyweight Intercontinental Title in Tulsa, Oklahoma with Stephanie Dobbs. Moss aged 41, with Dobbs only 28and two years younger than Moss her own daughter. After two unsuccessful attempts to organize an official defense of the title, Moss retired without a defense one year later , on May 10 in 2008. She ended her career at the age of 62 in Atlanta, Georgia as a full-time boxing instructor as well as a personal coach for females. She was part of the all-female boxing class at the Decatur Boxing Club which is located in Decatur, GA. Moss coaches professional and amateur boxers, conducts fitness classes and is an author and personal trainer.
