In 2015 and in 2016, Pischke took part in the FIVB World Tour in 11 Grand Slam and Open events In 2015, she reached the 16th round and finished 9th at the 2015 Beach Volleyball World Championships. She took part (Aug 23-28, 2016,) for her last event, along with her Melissa, her partner Melissa during the Long Beach, California Grand Slam prior to resuming her classes in University of Manitoba. University of Manitoba. In Pool A, they lost against Maria Antonelli/Lili BRA (21-11 23-21) and Ross/Walsh Jennings USA (21-16 21-17) in straight sets. In the final, against Carol/Ana Patricia from BRA they took the win by straight set (21-19 and 26-24) and placed 3rd in Pool-A , and progressing through the elimination phase. The team placed 17th overall. It was the conclusion of the 11 FIVB World Tour events that they competed in in 2016, and in which they placed the top 10 in four competitions (Vitoria Open Xiamen Open, Hamburg Major Series as well as the Olsztyn Grand Slam).

Pischke was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the daughter of Garth Pischke, a two- time Olympian with the Canada national volleyball team and an active coach for the Manitoba University’s men’s team. She is also the mother of Cindy Shepherd, a Canadian Junior National team player with three times CIS National Champion. Pischke began playing in gymnastics in rhythmic gymnastics on a national scale prior to beginning to play her parents’ sport at 14. After going to Fort Richmond Collegiate, Pischke played volleyball at university level for UCSB and then at the University of Manitoba. Her withdrawal to UCSB, California, after one season playing on the indoor team was due to the fact that there was no possibility to play beach volleyball during the second term, as the NCAA Sand program at UCSB was not an official sport for collegiate players. Pischke was on a double-scholarship at UCSB to participate on both their beach and indoor volleyball teams. As a player for Manitoba she took home the CIS National Championship Title in 2014, which was her seventh Canadian national championship for volleyball (4 in indoor championships which included CIS as well as Canada Games championships) and three beach volleyball championship titles.

In January 2017, Pischke began playing with new partner, Kristina May, who was a member of the 2016 Canadian Olympic team playing with then-partner Jamie Broder. The pair made their debut at the opening stop of the 2017 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and finished 25th.
