Tamon Honda (Ben Tian Duo Wen, Honda Tamon) (born August 15th 13th, 1963) is a Japanese semi-retired professional wrestler as well as a the former Olympic amateur wrestler, who is now working as a freelancer. He was most recently employed by Pro Wrestling Noah. He was a tag team champion who won his All Asia Tag Team Championship as well as the GHC Tag Team Championship.

In the year in 1990 Honda increased his weight from 100 to 130 kilograms. In September 1990, Honda wrestled in the Asian Games in Beijing, China and was ranked fourth. In April of 1992 He wrestled in his way to the Asian Championship in Tehran, Iran in which he finished third, which earned the bronze medal. In the following year, he competed at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain, where the eleventh place he earned him.

Tamon Honda started his wrestling career as an amateur in 1983, when he was attending Nihon University, competing in freestyle wrestling.

He had a chance to join All Japan Pro Wrestling in the 1980s, however it wasn’t until turning 30 when he first appeared. While he did not reach the main event stage, as many thought he could, Honda held the All Asia Tag Team Championship twice in the latter part of 1990.

Honda was the first wrestler to compete in a event in that of the World Championship, in Kiev, U.S.S.R., where Honda placed seventh place. The following month He competed at the Asian Championship in Tehran, Iran and was able to place first which earned him the gold medal. The year 1984 saw him participated in the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California, which he won fifth place. Then, in May of 1985, he participated during the World Super Championship in Tokyo and was ranked third which earned the bronze medal. In October of 1986 when he competed in the Asian Games in Seoul, South Korea, where he was seventh. Then, in August of 1987, he participated during the World Championship in Clermont-Ferrand, France in which he was eleventh. He returned to Seoul in the year 1988. went back to Seoul to compete in the 1988 Summer Olympics.

After joining Pro Wrestling Noah, he gradually became a regular on the roster, with 2002 and 2003 seeing major progress for him. Honda left NOAH in January 2010, deciding not to sign a new contract with the promotion and become a freelancer. He still appears on occasion in the promotion.
