In 2012 she was invited by Ivo Sasek, the founder of the Anti-Zensur-Koalition (AZK) (Anti-Censorship Coalition), as a guest speaker at the AZK’s 8th conference held at Chur, Graubunden, Switzerland, where she spoke on 24 November 2012. In January of 2013, Daniel Kettiger, a Bernese lawyer who filed a criminal complaint in the Graubunden Prosecutor’s Office against both Stolz and Sasek. He also accused Stolz of infringing Swiss race law in art. 261 under the Swiss Criminal Code, in her statement that the Holocaust has not been proven by an unbiased court and that the findings regarding the exact location and the nature of the offense, the method of killing, the number of victims and the time frame of the murder and perpetrators, bodies, as well as evidence to prove murder are not available, and neither is proving that there was a Nazi intentions to kill Jews. Sasek has been accused of not being able to perform her duties as a moderator who was responsible.
Stolz got removed in Aichach Prison on 13 April 2011.

Stolz was part on the team that defended for Holocaust disbeliever Ernst Zundel, who was arrested in March 2006 for distribution of antisemitic literature, which included Holocaust denial materials, through the internet. Stolz interfered with Zundel’s trial and was removed from the courtroom for her conduct. She claimed that judges deserved to die punishment due to “offering succour to the enemy” and made a legal declaration “Heil Hitler”. She believes that Germany is under a “foreign occupation which has portrayed Adolf Hitler as a devil for 60 years, but that is not true.” In the end, she resisted the bar. Stolz was taken away from courtroom. In the trial in March 2006, she declared Holocaust denial Holocaust “the biggest lie in world history”. She also stood up for Holocaust denialist Horst Mahler.
Zundel was ultimately sentenced in February 2007 and sentenced to a five-year period of confinement. Stolz was found guilty on January 8, 2008, of similar charges as well as other offenses being sentenced to serve a 3 1/2-year prison sentence. She was also barred from legal practice for five years.
On February 25, 2015, Stolz was sentenced to 20 months’ imprisonment by a court in Munich for the speech she delivered in 2012. On February 15, 2018, the sentence was reduced to 18 months, time served to be reckoned from May 23, 2019, the date of arrest.
