In September of 2011 Sunnee took part in at the 5th Global Hokkien Singing Competition Thailand Division held in Bangkok and took 1st place in the runner-up competition. After that, she represented Thailand at The 5th Global Hokkien Singing Competition to compete against participants from around the world for a month . She was in Fujian and was 4th runner-up.
