Stoilov was a brief coach for the Bulgarian national team’s under-19 squad (2003-2004). The team was formed in April 2007. Stoilov started his career at the local club FC Haskovo, where he continued to play until the year. His first stint at Levski Sofia was for two years, from the months of July and June after which he joined Fenerbahche, the Turkish football club Fenerbahche and was then a player with Levski adversaries CSKA Sofia only to return to Levski Sofia for a further year between July 1994 until June 1995. Then he spent a few months playing in Portugal before joining PFC Slavia Sofia, before returning in Levski Sofia for a third stint since July 1998.
