After her departure from Hawkwind, Stacia returned to private life , and she got married Roy Dyke. The the former Hawkwind director Doug Smith said in the October 2000 issue of Classic Rock magazine, “The last anybody heard, Stacia was married with children and living in Hamburg with her husband Roy Dyke, formerly of Ashton, Gardner and Dyke.” The couple has one daughter named Aysha Dyke who reside in Hamburg she is part of the group Generations of Music.

According to an interview from 1974 on Penthouse, Stacia was six feet (183 centimeters) high in height and “happily bisexual”. She frequently augmented her appearance by being naked or topless, with her body was decorated with luminescent or iridescent paint. In the 2007, BBC Four documentary, Lemmy said she was 6 feet 2 inches (188 centimeters) tall, with 52 inches (132 centimeters) bust and was a bookbinder for a living. In the same documentary, it was stated she was an attendant at the petrol pumps at the time in Cornwall at the time she joined Lemmy’s group.

Stacia was adamant that what she did with Hawkwind as an interpretive dance. She was a major element of the early to late 1970s Hawkwind show, especially throughout that Space Ritual era. She quit Hawkwind in the year 1975 following a tour with them on the Warrior on the Edge of Time album. Her departure, and the departures of Lemmy (who later went on to become Motorhead) along with Robert Calvert, signaled the end of an era although Calvert following making a cameo appearance alongside the band in the Reading festival made the decision to join Hawkwind full-time at the end of the year.

Other sources indicate they were a good friend from Nik Turner, saxophonist and Flautist of the group. in 2012 Turner said to Mojo Magazine, “I met Stacia for the first time on the Isle of Wight… She asked me, “Can I dance with you?” I responded, “Yeah, but you must take off all your clothes and paint your body.” She stripped her entire wardrobe off but I did not possess any paint for my body. It was similar to the audition she had.” According to an article published in British Music magazine Melody Maker, Stacia herself said that she went to an event and, enthralled by music she walked on stage and did an unplanned dance to the band’s tune. She was an essential part of live show following her arrival in 1971.

Stacia Blake made a return to the stage in July 2019, appearing with former Hawkwind member Nik Turner and contemporary dancer Ms. Angel at Kozfest. The unannounced performance was Stacia’s first since she last appeared with Hawkwind at Reading Festival in August 1975.
