Siti Kamaluddin was born the 1st of December, 1979 Bandar Seri Begawan. After graduating from the High School Downe House School in the UK she went on to take a course in Chemistry in the University of Southampton. But, she realized that her love of films outweighs her love of Chemistry and she decided to go into the world of film. Siti started her career on the screen- as a TV host for Orange room.

After a great start working with Yasmine, Siti Kamaluddin started the Brunei Film Blitz in 2017 in the hope of opening the Bruneian viewers towards World Cinema. In 2018 she directed her second feature film ‘HariMinggu Yanng Ke- Empat’ which is an action-comedy that celebrates Eid al-Fitr. The film won the special Jury Award at the ASEAN International Film Festival and Awards (AIFFA) and also the special Jury Award at the 59th Asia Pacific Film Festival in Macau.
