Simon Saunders is one of the most popular and richest Physicist who was born on August 30, 1954 in London, England, United Kingdom. Simon Wolfe Saunders (born 30 August 1954) is a British philosopher of Physics. He is known for his research in quantum mechanics (particularly the many-worlds- interpretation-the Everett interpretation) as well as on the concept of identity and indiscernibility within Physics, and on structural realistics.

In another work He has suggested that classical particles can be regarded as undistinguishable in exactly the same manner as quantum particles are (and that the deviations from classical statistics could be traced back to the an indeterminate nature of the measure–the the dimensionality of subspaces in Hilbert space) and then applied this on this to the Gibbs paradox.

Saunders He is Professor in the Department of Philosophy of Physics at the University of Oxford, and Fellow of Merton College, having moved to Oxford in the year 1996. He previously held unpaid post in Harvard University (1990-1996), and also temporary or temporary positions in Wolfson College, Oxford (1985-89) and at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1989-1990), Harvard (2001), Ecole Polytechnique (2004), University of British Columbia (2005), Perimeter Institute (2005) and IMeRA (L’Institut Mediterraneen of Résearches Advancees) (2010). His wife is Kalypso Nicolaidis.
