Siliva Havili (born 18 February 1993) is a professional league player who is the hooker and lock of the Canberra Raiders in the NRL. The player has represented as well Tonga in addition to New Zealand at international level.

Havili played his first grade debut in the 6th round in the 2014 NRL season, against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs playing off the bench in the Warriors 21-20 defeat in Eden Park. On April 28, 2014, having played in three NRL games, Havili earnt a surprise invitation in the Kiwis squad to face Australia for the 2013 Anzac Test at SFS. Havili made his New Zealand international debut off the bench during the loss to 30-18. On May 11, 2014 Havili continued his association for the Warriors for two more seasons, and remained with the club until the conclusion of the season of 2016. Havili ended his first year with the NRL by playing in six games for the Warriors during this season. On September 9, 2014 Havili got selected to the New Zealand 2014 Four Nations train on squad. On October 7, 2014 Havili got selected for the New Zealand national rugby league team’s final 24-man team for the series.

Havili was selected to play for Tonga in the 2017 Rugby League World Cup despite not playing a single game for the Dragons that season. After producing a string of excellent performances in the World Cup, he was signed to a one year contract by the Canberra Raiders.

With first-choice hooker Josh Hodgson injured for much of season 2018, Havili produced the best season of his career to date, playing 24 games and earning himself a two-year contract extension. He also retained his place in the Tonga squad for their historic first Test match against the Australian Kangaroos on October 20.

On April 20, 2013 Havili made his debut as an international player in the national team of Tonga in the match against Samoa at the Pacific Rugby League International at Penrith Stadium. Havili began his career as a Hooker during the Tongan 36-4 win. On October 8, 2013 Havili got selected for the Tonga 24-man squad.
