Shriti Vadera Baroness Vadera PC (born 23 June 1962) is a British politician and investment banker. From September 2009 to September 2009 she served as an official minister of the government jointly for the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills as well as the Cabinet Office. She has been the Chairperson of Santander UK since March 2015 and is the very first female to lead an important British bank.
