Shishir began his musical career in 1998 when he was a member of the band “Koprophilia” as a guest guitarist. He continued to perform in the group until 2001. In 2001, he was a part of the group “Neuroses” as a full-time guitarist. However, in 2002 “Neuroses” broke up. In 2003, he made a return to the scene by forming the group DNA. He also began playing the keyboards. In the following year, Aurthohin was awed by his talent and skills and invited him into their band as a full-time guitar player and keyboardist.
Shishir was a member of aurthohin in 2003 and shortly after they began recording their fourth album “Dhrubok”. Shishir performed the majority of the Guitar things as well as all the major work. “Dhrubok” was a big success and shishir was noticed by fans and critics.
