Shinny’s first fight in 2010 saw him take on Najah Ali in The Indoor Sports Center in Leigh the fight was an eight-rounder, not a title bout, even though Bayaar only won an enviable victory on points. The first defense of the title was scheduled for Dagenham on the 14th of May against unbeaten English champion Ashley Sexton. The fight ended in a draw and Bayaar getting a severe cut in the last round. On the 15th of December, 2010, Bayaar fell short of the crown to Paul Edwards after an accidental head-to-head clash during the opening bout in Belfast caused a massive cut opening appearing in the middle of the head of Bayaar and the fight was canceled. Bayaar was next in action on the 10th of December in 2011, and then went back into British championship competition against his former foe Chris Edwards who had defeated Paul Edwards to reclaim the title earlier in the year. The fight lasted for a long time and resulted in a second defeat for Bayaar in the end, as Edwards did well to defend his title.
Bayaar was a two-time winner in 2008, defeating Ghanain Journeyman Sumaila Badu on April as well as Spaniard Jordi Gallart on November. In 2009, Bayaar was awash with water after victory against traveler Daniel Thorpe before having his application for British citizenship approved and allowed to defend his British flyweight championship. The title fight on October 23rd 2009 was held at Bolton Arena. Bolton Arena and pitted Bayaar against the reigning champion Chris Edwards. Bayaar extended his winning streak with a split- decision victory against Edwards who later claimed that the champion felt “gobsmacked” by the verdict.

Bayaar’s first professional fight was on February 25, 2000 in Mongolia after a draw the another fellow Mongolian Yuma Dima. The next fight he fought was in the Philippines to take on the veteran Manny Melchor for the WBC International Minimumweight title on the 28th of June, 2000. The bout ended in a loss for the newcomer Bayaar who lost by a score of points after 12 rounds.
Bayaar was a visitor across his home in the UK and his subsequent fight was also a loss after losing eight rounds Damian Dunnion at a small hall event in Stoke on the 10th of October, 2001. Bayaar fought just twice during the next two years, and won both times in fights that were held within the Tara Leisure Centre in Shaw, Greater Manchester. The third loss for Bayaar occurred on March 20th, 2003, against Nigerian Sunkanmi Ogunbiyi although two additional fights in the same year brought two wins which gave Bayaar an official record of 4-3-1 at close of 2003.
Three more fights in 2004 saw a mixed bag for the Mongolian, beating unbeaten Norwegian Reidar Walstad with a first round stoppage yet losing to the unbeaten Martin Power on points over 10 rounds. Power would go on to become the British bantamweight champion. Over the next three years Bayaar only had four more fights with only a victory over the then unbeaten Canadian boxer Andrew Singh Kooner on 15 September 2006 standing out. At the end of 2007 Bayaar had improved his professional record to 10-4-1.
