Syeda Shehla Raza (Urdu: Syedh shhl RD ) (born on 15th May 1964, in Karachi, Pakistan) is an Pakistan People’s Party politician in the Sindh province in Pakistan. In 2008 she was elected by a majority vote as deputy speaker of the Thirteenth Assembly of the Sindh Assembly and was re-elected in 2013 to the same post at the Fourteenth Assembly.

Raza completed her graduate and undergraduate studies in The University of Karachi, receiving her master’s degree in Physiology at the age of 1991.

The year was 1991 when she was married GhulamQadir, who was an ex-politician and later an executive manager at Shahzeb Pharmaceutical Company. The first child, a daughter was born in the year 1992. in 1994, she was blessed with her son. Both died in a road accident in 2005.

Her political career started when she was a student at university. She was an active member of the university in 1986. was a member of the People’s Students Federation, a student-run wing of the Pakistan People’s Party, when the political activities of the party were banned. Raza’s activism started during this phase of military control. After three years, Raza was elected as the Joint Secretary of the People’s Student Federation.
