He was fifth in free throws attempted and third in thefts, steals and steals per match. He also placed fifth in games played per minute, ninth in scoring per game, and 5th in points total. third in time played and sixth in offensive rebounds, 10th in assists per game, and was the top overall player who played in 50 total games played. Webber was regarded as by the players of the Lowgators as their “go-to guy” that season according to the head coach Doug Marty. In 2003-2004, Webber earned the NBDL Player of the Month Award in March 2004.

Webber was a player with his team the CofC Cougars under head coach John Kresse between 1995-96 and 1998-99. Through his four-year playing career, he scored 1,267 points as well as 694 rebound.
