Banks was charged in connection with an incident that occurred in August of 2011 that claimed that he was a member of a group comprising four individuals who robbed houses located in Jefferson Township and Sparta, New Jersey before leading police on a chase that ended in the destruction of the vehicle they were driving. Banks was believed to have been involved in an offshoot group of the group known as”the “James Bond Gang”, who had utilized luxury sports cars to beat police.
