Paris was of Italian origin and was raised within Toronto, Canada, in an upper-middle class family that was born in Italy. She began singing at the age of three at school and in the church choir. She relocated back to Italy in 1996 following the death of her mother passed away to reconnect with her ancestors.

As of 2001, she debuted her first album Sarina Paris. It was a collection of tracks that she co-wrote with her husband and co-wrote, with the exception of an original cover from Cyndi Lauper’s “True Colors”. In an interview, she stated that the album contained “nothing too intellectual–just music to make you happy and to make you feel good” and added that “I wanted to create the album for kids to enjoy together with their parents. Songs that were fun for moms, but weren’t restricted to X-rated music so that kids could enjoy and dance to.” She got feedback from her niece of 14 when she composed and recorded. In fact, the music label’s demographic target was identified as being between the ages of 12 and 25. The track “Just enough” is a exclusive club single. The singer released a song for dance, “This Is My Life” that was exclusively released on the Canadian dance compilation called Euro Mix 5 through SPG Records. In 2000 “Do You Love Somebody” was released solely in the compilation Dancemania x7 in Japan under Toshiba/EMI record label.

Paris toured with La Toya Jackson in Hawaii in May 2004. For the rest of the 2000s, her music career had been mostly on hold, although she released a new song, “You Are My Valentine”, available only on EuroBeats Vol. 3.

On May 27, 2011, nearly marking the tenth anniversary of “Look at Us”, Paris released the single “Sophisticated”.

The year 1995 was the time Paris her debut single “Mystery Man” was released in Canada. In 1996, while participating in Italian singing competitions she became aware of Italian producer/manager Vince Tempera (Kill Bill) who invited her to collaborate with some of the most well-known and talented musicians and producers of La Scala Milano. Maestro Tempera invited Sarina to participate at music festivals throughout Italy in which Sarina was able to sing songs from the soundtracks and was accompanied by a 12 piece orchestra. Sarina was later introduced to the band’s leader and musician Walter Muto who invited her to join his group “Rock for Fun”, a band that teaches the background of rock music. sarina sang in the ‘women in rock’ segment. The band went on tour Italy as well as Spain.
