Sampo Terho (Born 20 September 1977) is an Finnish politician who was Minister of European Affairs, Culture and Sports. He is director of the Suomalaisuuden Liitto and was a former member of the European Parliament.

In the 2019 parliamentary elections, Terho was a candidate for his Blue Reform in Uusimaa constituency however, he was not elected.

Terho was a participant in the 2015 elections for the Finnish parliament in the 2015 parliamentary election and was chosen to the Parliament with 10,067 votes from his personal vote. His term as a member of Parliament ended on 27 April. European Parliament ended on 27 April, the day that Terho officially accepted his position of his home country of Finnish Parliament. Then, he was elected chairperson of the Finns Party’s Parliamentary group. On May 5, 2017, he was appointed the Minister of European Affairs, Culture and Sports in the Sipila Cabinet.

In 2017 Terho was a candidate against Jussi Halla-aho in the race for party chairmanship and ultimately lost the election for chairmanship at the party’s convention on the 10th of June. On June 13, Terho and 19 others were exiled from his Finns Party parliamentary group to form the New Alternative parliamentary group which became a separate party dubbed Blue Reform. Following the split and the formation of Blue Reform was formed. New Alternative group took the Finns Party’s position in the cabinet. Terho was appointed Minister.
