Sally Brown (born 26 June 1995) is a Paralympian athlete from Northern Ireland competing mainly in T46 sprint events. In 2012 she qualified to compete in the 2012 Summer Paralympics and was chosen for sprints in the T46 100m, 200m sprints.
Brown is a native of Londonderry located in Northern Ireland and grew up in the town of Ballykelly. Her birthmark was dysmelia of her lower arms, which led to the left side of her arm not developing fully. She attended Limavady High School before moving to Loughborough in England in 2013.
In 2012, Brown was selected again to in the Great Britain team, travelling to Stadskanaal in the Netherlands to take part at the IPC Athletics European Championships. Brown won two more international gold medals, taking bronze in the 200m and 100m races. Three months later, Brown was a part in Team GB, competing in the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London. She was not able to qualify for the 200m event, and finished 4th in the heat. In the 100m race, she sprinted through the heats, and in the final she finished sixth in 13.67s.

Brown started playing sports as a hobby when she was nine-year-old. Brown was a member of Springwell Runners and began entering junior competitions. She was in 2009 when she signed Phillip Tweedy on as her coach. The following year, she won silver at the IWAS World Junior Championships in Olomouc in the Czech Republic.
Brown’s performances in the 200m and 100m sprints was impressive and in the month of January at 15 years old Brown was chosen to her Great Britain squad to compete in the 2011 IPC Athletics World Championship in Christchurch, New Zealand. In Christchurch she was able to qualify by completing the heats of the 200m and 100m T46 sprints. In the finals, Brown placed fifth in the 100m she was third at the 200m, securing her bronze award. In April 2011 , she traveled to Dubai to participate at her 2nd IWAS World Junior Championships, winning the 100m gold as well as silver for the 200m.
