Akhunov Rustem (born August, 22nd Ufa, Bashkortostan, Russia) graduated with honors from Bashkir State University with a qualification in National Economy (2000), and Law (2002). From 2001 to 2003 he was employed as a teaching assistant at the National Economics Department of BashSU Faculty of Economics. Currently he is a part-time professor of the department of macroeconomic development and public administration, professor of the innovative economics department at the institute of economics, finance and business, BashSU.
He successfully completed the presidential program of management training (2007). After graduation from the Institute of Business and Business Administration of the Academy of National Economy under the Russian Federation Government he received a professional degree of MBA (Master of Business Administration); three years later – DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) degree from the Academy of National Economy under the RF Government (2011).
