Rodrigo Constantino is one of the most popular and richest Economist who was born on July 4, 1976 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Rodrigo Constantino dos Santos, a Brazilian neoconservative atheist and economist was born 4 July 1976. He is best known as a controversial columnist in Veja’s Brazilian magazine from 2013 to 2015.

He used the term again in 2013, commenting on the attack on a police officer by a group calling themselves defenders. This was in a context where there were many acts of vandalism committed by left-wing extremists and anarchists. He quoted: “President Dilma Russoff condemned the act which he called “undemocratic barbarism” and directly cited black blocs. Col.
