Richard Lewis Martell (also known as “Rich Martell”, or “Dicky M”) is an Internet entrepreneur. He was born 10 February 1989 and is best known for his founding of Floxx Media Group, orderswift and being the creators of FitFinder. He also serves as a business expert on Million Dollar Intern.

Martell, in July 2011, announced that Floxx would be focusing on the development of ideas specifically for mobile platforms. This included location-based social networking. The app MapChat, which was launched a few months later, reached the top 10 in the App Store. Spottd, a location-based social networking platform that allows users to share and discover other posts around them, was launched by Martell in October.

In early 2012, Martell announced that Floxx would be expanding and launching a digital media agency business as part of the company, thereby drawing from his team’s experience with mobile apps, product design and highly scalable websites.

In 2013, Martell was filmed as part of the BBC Worldwide television series, Million Dollar Intern.

Martell was fined the maximum amount by his university in May 2010 for ‘bringing disrepute to the university’. Martell refused to take down the site. However, Dicky M signed off a holding page with a message and a message on 28 May 2010. It was reported that Martell had initially raised funding from Dragons Den investor, Doug Richard and US super angel Kevin Wall.
