Rasoul Najafian is one of the most popular and richest Actor who was born on January 19, 1952 in Tehran, Tehran Province, Iran. Rasoul Najafian was a Tehranian born in 1952. He studied psychology at the university but his true passion was Art. Mehrtash taught him the theory and practice music. He studied acting and directed for four years with Mostafa Obskouei, and then became his assistant.

In 1988, Najafian was the assistant to Saeid Emrifar, the director of the critically acclaimed movie Fire and Reed. The following year, Najafian was an assistant director to Shahriar Parsipour in Image of Love (nqshshq). He also composed the score.

Behrouz Afkhami, Ra’na (1986) and Davood Mirbagheri (1985), were his actors. Later, he worked with Mirbagheri in the stage. He played one of the leading roles in Loveville (shq Abd) (1996), which was among the most successful plays in Iran.

Iranian actor, director, and singer Rasoul Najafian was born in Tehran in 1952.

His acting career began with small roles in plays directed and produced by Oskouei. In 1973, he directed Sisyphe et la mort by Robert Merle. His short film Papoli Jan was awarded the first prize at the ABU Asian Film Festival the following year. 1975 was the year he brought Dostoevsky’s Crime and Punishment to stage. Hossein Panahi wrote The Elevator (1983), his first television director work. This piece featured Najafian fame as Amir Nejati. He was caught up in the bureaucracy and people have referred to him that way for years. He and Panahi worked together in the 1960s to create and direct many tele- theaters, including Flower and Spring (1984), Two Ducks in the Mist (85), American Style (1986), Like a Smile (91), and Two Ducks in the Mist(85). Marzieh Borumand directed him as the director of Iran Ziba Barbershop (1994). He was also one of its writers. He directed the channel 2’s adaptation of Chekhov’s short stories in 1989.

This nomination motivated him to concentrate more on music till in 1997 his first album Bibi Jan was released. This was a turning point in his life as from then on his voice was the trademark of his fame rather than his face. He continued his acting career in TV series Cactus 1 and Cactus 2 directed by Mohammadreza Honarmand.
