Raquel Elias Dodge, born 26 July 1961 in Morrinhos, is a former Prosecutor general of Brazil. She was previously a sub-prosecutor of the Republic, and served as the President General of the Republic between 2017 and 2019.
She was also a member of the Superior Council of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and the coordinator of the Criminal Chamber of the Public Prosecutor’s Office. In 1986, she received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Brasilia (UnB), and in 2007 she earned a master’s in law from Harvard. In 1987, she joined the office of the public prosecutor.
