Rachel Summerlyn is one of the most popular and richest Professional Wrestler who was born on July 1, 1986 in Austin, Texas, United States. Rachel Childres, born July 1, 1986, is an American retired professional wrestler. She is best known for her ring name Rachel Summerlyn. She fought for many independent promotions, including Shimmer Women Athletes (Mid-South) and IWA Mid-South. She previously performed for several independent promotions based in the Northern United States, as well as Shimmer Women Athletes, an all-female promotion. She was originally billed under the ring name Rachel Putski. However, they are not related.
Daffney defeated her to win the ACW American Joshi title on June 27, 2010, in the first round of the ACW Queen of Queens Tournament. Summerlyn and Jessica James will be awarded an ACW tag team title shot July 18. Rachel participated in a 10,000-thumbtacks match on January 16th 2011, where she was defeated at ACW Guilty By Association V.
On April 10, 2010, as part of SHIMMER Volume 30, Rachel teamed up with Jessica James as Rachel & Jessica’s Excellent Tag Team in a losing effort against Annie Social & Melanie Cruise. The following night of SHIMMER tapings saw Rachel lose to Daffney in a No Disqualification match on Volume 31, while she defeated Kellie Skater on Volume 32.
Rachel took part in the SHIMMER tapings of Volumes 37-40 in March 2011. On Volume 38, she was defeated by Mercedes Martinez and then she bounced back with a victory over Mena Libra on Volume 39. Rachel did not return to SHIMMER following these tapings, saying that she chose not to return to what she felt was not a fun working environment.
Rachel is still a major in Anarchy Championship Wrestling and has been based out of Austin. She and Jessica James founded Rachel & Jessica’s Excellent Tag Team in 2009. They teamed up against the Canadian NINJAs to defend their first tag title, the SHIMMER tag champions. They teamed up against Gary Jay & Davey Vega on February 21. In March Rachel was a part of several promotions, including Victory Crown Championship Wrestling where she teamed up with Darin Childs and defeated Robert Evans. Insane Hardcore Wrestling Entertainment saw Rachel successfully defend her ACW American Joshi title against Lillie Mae. Rachel lost the ACW American Joshi title on May 29 to Athena, but quickly regained her title two weeks later.

Rachel Putski made her debut on November 3, 2006. She participated in the Queen of the Deathmatch tournament. There, she defeated Vanessa Kraven in the first round of a thumbtack match death match. However, she was eliminated in the quarterfinals by Mickie Knuckles, the eventual winner of the entire tournament in a taipei match death match. After winning the tournament, Rachel changed her ring to Rachel Summerlyn after Ivan Putski called. She returned to Queen of the Deathmatch 2008 after missing the tournament the year before. In the first round, she defeated Annie Social but fell to Rebecca Payne in the semifinals. She defeated Hailey Hatred and Daffney in the first round, but lost to Rebecca Payne in the semifinals to win IWA MS’ second Volcano Girls tournament. She was eliminated by Sara Del Rey in the semifinals of Anarchy Championship Wrestling’s first American Joshi Queen of Queens tournament on June 21, 2009.
Summerlyn made her debut on SPARKLE (the preshow of Shimmer Women Athletes) on October 19, 2008. She defeated Sassy Steffie to win a spot in the main roster. Amazing Kong defeated her on Volume 22 taped the same night. She returned to SPARKLE on May 2, 2009 and teamed up with Rayna VonTosh for a win against Kimberly Kash and Sassy Stephie. She tapped out Cat Power in a four-way match on Volume 25, which also featured Ariel Skater and Kellie Skater. Daffney and Rachel teamed up against Rachel in a tag match on Volume 27. Daffney then abandoned Rachel and left her defeated by the IHWC. Daffney held Rachel hostage for five seconds, but Rachel won via DQ.
Rachel Summerlyn made her awaited debut for Jersey All Pro Wrestling WD on January 9, 2010 in a match against Ayako Hamada. Even if Rachel went strike for strike she lost to Hamada but due to her performance she will be booked back.
