Qasim Suri is one of the most popular and richest Politician who was born on January 16, 1969 in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan, Pakistan. He was born January 1969 in Quetta to a Pashtun family of the Sur tribe who are a sub-clan for the Khiljis. Suri, his father’s son, took over a medical business that his father owned. His mother is a native speaker of Urdu.
PTI nominated Suri to be the Deputy Speaker of Pakistan’s National Assembly of Pakistan after Suri’s election was a success. He was elected Deputy Speaker of Pakistan’s National Assembly of Pakistan on 15 August 2018. He won 183 votes from a total 327 votes, beating Asad Mehmood, who received 144 votes.
Qasim Khan Suri (Urdu: قاسم خان سوری ) is a Pakistani politician who is the current and 19th Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan since August 2018.
On 27 September 2019, an election tribunal of Balochistan High Court nullified Suri’s election and ordered fresh elections in the constituency, that resulted in his denotification. On 7 October 2019, however the Supreme Court of Pakistan suspended the election tribunal’s decision and ordered the ECP not to issue the election schedule for NA-265.
In 2013, the Pakistani general elections, he ran unsuccessfully for the seat of National Assembly of Pakistan. He was a candidate of PTI (Quetta Constituency NA-259) and won. He was defeated by Mahmood Khan Akakzai, who received 16,006 votes.

Suri was educated at Quetta Islamia School, and he enrolled in Federal Government College. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Balochistan in 1990, and a master’s in international relations in 1992.
