In the month of August, 1990, near the time of the fall of Soviet Union, Pavel Naumenko quits KSAMC to create an engineering firm that is privately owned InterAMI. One of the most famous projects undertaken by InterAMI included collaboration in the production of Amitron TV sets with Samsung (1992-1995) and the production of polymer-based products based on technological advances of German ADM Isobloc. ADM Isobloc (1994-2004). InterAMI renews its partnership with KSAMC in the year 1996. The result was the establishment of a specialization company “KSAMC Trading House” for professional marketing of An-74 with various variations on the international market. This led to the conclusion of an agreement in cooperation with Iran’s Government of Iran to deliver 12 An-74 aircraft during the midst of the economic crisis in Ukraine. InterAMI creates its engineering department InterAMI Interior which creates and develops interiors for helicopters and aircrafts, specifically to be used on An-74 along with An-140 In 1999. “InterAMI-Interior” succeeded to radically transform the old Soviet aircraft interiors with the latest technological Western models, which proved more competitive in the marketplace. Pavel Naumenko leads InterAMI in the process of establishing an airline called Aeromist-Kharkiv which was established in 2002. It was among the first airlines using An-140 which this airline utilized up to 2007 on both domestic and international routes that connect to destinations in the EU states, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia. Aeromist-Kharkiv was granted the authority by KSAMC to display An-140 at international air shows including Le Bourget Air Show, Farnborough Airshow, Dubai Air Show and more.

graduated of Klovskiy Lyceum (Kiev, Ukraine) in 1982. Since the end of the 90s, Pavel Naumenko takes direct role in the planning of the production in series of the new An-140 and An-74TK-30 designed through “Antonov” Aeronautial Scientific Technical Complex. From 2002 to 2007 Naumenko is the director of a process for the production of the following modifications to aircraft on KSAMC An-140-100 regional (2004) and business An-74TK- 300D(2004) as well as multi-purpose An-74T-200A (2004-2005) and business An-140 VIP(2004). In response to the Ministry of Transportation of Ukraine’s request the initial An-74TK-300D aircraft was assigned a unique registry number which indicated the fact that presidents of Ukraine utilize aircraft manufactured by Ukraine. When it was moved in 2004, to the control by the “Ukraine” State Enterprise, it received a registry number of UR-LDK (L.D. Kuchma) but was renamed”UR-YVA” (Yushchenko V.A.). The designation was changed to neutral UR AWB in 2012. The aircraft was given an index of An-74T 200A, which the letter “A” stands for “Arabic”. It was connected to KSAMC’s win in a tender that was announced by the Government of Egypt to deliver three, eventually six aircraft belonging to the Egyptian Air Force in 2003. An-74T- 200A was competing with C-27J Spartan (Lockheed Martin (US), Alenia Aeronautica (Italy)), EADS CASA C-295 (CASA (Spain) and Airbus Military (EU)). Since 2012. Pavel Naumenko is a consultant to a variety of EU firms on UAVs built on piloted aircraft designs that use Fly-byWire or Fly-byOptics control systems, as well as full authority electronic engines Control Systems (FADEC).
